Prior to establishing my company in 2024, I held the position of Vice President of Compliance at an owner-operated firm. Throughout my career, I have effectively established, revamped, and expanded compliance operations for affordable housing in 35 states, which involved devising staffing strategies, refining internal procedures, implementing comprehensive and transparent tracking systems, and designing workflows to maintain organizational compliance.
